It began with a simple drive through the mountains—roads winding past valleys, villages breathing stories, and moments that stayed longer than the journey itself. With every mile, we met people rooted in their land, carrying traditions, warmth, and stories worth remembering.
Way Back Roots is born from that journey—a path back to where it all begins. Before stepping into the unknown, we choose to understand where we truly belong—through stories, culture, and the timeless spirit of the mountains.

NEERAJ & ANIL
Born and raised in the lap of the Himalayas, in the quiet town of Rohru, we are two brothers—Neeraj and Anil—shaped by the mountains, their silence, and their stories. Growing up here, the valleys, rivers, and traditions were never just surroundings, they were a way of life. Yet, like many, we moved forward chasing paths, often overlooking the depth of what we already had.
With time, we felt the pull to return—not just to places, but to meaning. To understand the culture we were born into, the traditions we witnessed, and the stories that quietly define Himachal. Through this journey, we step into villages, connect with people, and explore the beauty, rituals, and dev shakti that make these mountains truly alive.
This is more than exploration—it is a search for identity, a connection to spirituality, and a path back to where we truly belong.
